Planning and listed building consent for a mixed-use development comprising 207 residential apartments, a health centre, workshops, artists' studios, restaurants, and retail spaces alongside a health centre, workshops, artists' studios, restaurants, and retail units. ​ We acted as the planning consultant, agent, urban designer, and historic area adviser to redevelop this historic canal basin for mixed uses, including residential and employment.
